Social Services
By providing resources, support, and advocacy, Community Outreach assists individuals, families, and communities in addressing problems, coping with challenges, and improving their overall well-being. In addition to assessing client needs, we develop plans to meet those needs, connect clients to healthcare or housing services, and offer counseling and therapy. Furthermore, Community Outreach advocates for policy changes and address broader social issues like poverty, oppression, and discrimination.

In order to determine the goals and needs of our clients, we assess their situations, strengths, and support networks.
Our role is to provide support for clients who are going through difficult times, such as illness, divorce, or unemployment, as well as to provide practical support to them as well
To ensure goals are met and well-being has improved, we monitor clients' situations and follow up with them.
